There is a contract which must be signed prior to rental items leaving the store. This is a standard contract.

General terms:

  • Some items may require payment of a security deposit
  • Deposit is refundable with the return of the item
  • Two forms of acceptable identification is required
  • Rentals are cash in advance unless other arrangements have been made
  • Rental time means "out of store" time, not used time
  • Delivery and pickup available upon request

Rental Policy

Rental Period and Pricing:
The rental rate of most equipment is for a 24 hour period. Orders for party or wedding events may be picked up on Friday and returned on Monday.

Delivery and Setup:
We can deliver anywhere and usually there is a delivery fee. Delivery includes normal ground floor delivery. Equipment must be stacked and repacked in their containers when we pick up. Set up and take down of rental equipment is NOT included in our rental fee. These services are available at a nominal cost if arranged in advance.

Cleaning:
Kindly return all rental items cleaned and in the same condition that they were rented out. A cleaning charge will be assessed on any equipment returned dirty.

Linens:
Please remember you are responsible for damage to lines caused by mildew, burns or tears. Please do not store damp linens in an air-tight container, as this causes mildew.

Deposits:
A deposit is required on all tent rentals and all gas engine equipment. Deposits are refundable when equipment is returned, cleaning and in the same condition as it was rented.

Pricing

How does pricing work?
Most prices are for a one day event. But we do have one-half price for the week. All charges are for time out, whether used or not.

How and when do I pay?
One half is due when making the reservation and the other half due prior to the event or delivery date. We accept most major credit cards, checks or cash.

When should I make my reservation?
Early planning ensures availablility so it is always best to make reservations at your earliest convenience. We can take reservations up to a year in advance.

What if I need to change my order?
We realize things do change in event planning and welcome your call or visit.

Is there a fee for delivery or pickup?
Yes. Fees are determined by your location.

What type of service should I expect from delivery and pickup?
Standard delivery and pickup are drop off only. If delivery is to be made to a specific floor or delivery requires extra time an additional labor fee will be applied. Our drivers are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place. Should you desire some items to be set-up, please make arrangements with the sales person at the time of the order. This allows us to plan for your order and have the necessary service people available.

What is my responsibility for rental items to be returned?
You have full responsibility of all rental equipment until either it is returned to the store or picked up by a Grand Rental Station Service person. If you requested pickup please have the rental equipment broken down and placed in accessible area for pickup. We will start picking up equipment after a weekend on Monday.

What happens if an item is broken, damaged, missing or stolen?
We offer a damage waiver on all rentals which cobers accidental damage to equipment. It does not cover the loss or abuse of rental equipment. A replacement fee will be charged.
